 We're so busy nowadays.. School's about to start. And catastrophe seemed to have happened this morning.

In a year, how many people find their true love? In a month, how many people break up? In a week, how many confessions are made? In a day, how many people become friends? All this words are trapped inside a boy’s mind. Wanting to find true love, wanting to destroy people’s hearts, he’s a typical desperate boy for all people. Although, these people doesn’t know what his life was like. He can’t go out of their house because of trauma. He can’t play, he even can’t speak when he was still 5 years old, he can’t walk, the longest step he took was 3 steps. 

11 years passed and he can finally do what other people do. Walk, eat, speak, run, play, and other fun stuff. But because of the long time span that he took to recover, most of the people don’t know his identity. Whenever he steps out of their house, girls start to crowd over him. He’s quite a cute, but shy boy. Unlike other boys, he’s barely too hard to handle. He doesn’t go to school but knowledge has been learned by him, the moment he held a book with his own hands. One time, he decided to go to school all by himself and make friends. He then enrolled at Koien Fuzoku.

The first time he entered, he’s already welcomed. The problem is, he doesn’t know how to socialize. He thought of a plan to make himself more comfortble when he’s with other people. He checked upon blogging and networking sites, and searched for good friends to be with. One site attracted his attention. Everyday he checks on that site for latest news and became a fan.

Then he sooner realized, he wanted to become a part of the group. He wanted himself to be recognized by someone who should be able to know him deeply.

Does anyone here know WEB-KARE? It's been popular for Japanese girls mostly ^^. 

In Japan, girls are crazy over virtual boyfriends. Webkare (Web Boyfriend in Japanese), a mix between a social network and dating simulation site, is Nippon’s newest web sensation. Geared exclusively towards girls, the site attracted over 10,000 members just 5 days after its release on September 10, racking up 3.5 million page views in the same time frame.

The site is a huge hit over here. Girls sign up and become members of a social network but also users of a dating simulation in cartoon style. They have to try to hook up with one of four male Anime characters (who are the “stars” of the site) through “conversations” and must collaborate with other Webkare members in order to move on in the game. Eventually they conquer the heart of the chosen cartoon boy.

It’s pretty weird but clever. Dating simulations have been popular in Japan for quite a while now, but Webkare marks the first time the concept has been brought online and combined with social networking functionality.

Girls choose between one of four different male cartoon characters they want to hook up with upon registration. They can then “communicate” with their digital crush in cartoon-like sequences to try to win over his heart over the course of the game. It’s also possible to meet other boys later in the story, which uses a virtual high school as the main setting.

Interaction is quite limited, as users themselves can neither type text nor “speak” to the characters. Instead, Webkare will display a short cartoon clip if you click on the boy you like (some of the clips include voice samples such as “What’s up?”, “Do you always stay in the class room until dark?” “Leave me alone!” etc.), driving the love story forward step by step.

Important conversations or events can be stored in the album section of the site as “memories”.

Chapter 1: Atarashii~!

 

It’s the first day of classes. Students felt mixed emotions. Excitement, fear, happiness, and what so ever.. In this school, Kyukokyu Gakuen or as we call KYUGAKU, there are 3 departments for special students. First, the music department, then the academics department, and the sports department. Kyugaku has 5 buildings including the OS Department. O stands for Original and S stands for Students, these are the people who chose to enter KyuGaku as normal students. Taking all classes, buying lunches and those who chose to live with their parents 7 days a week. But for Special Students, they chose their own departments for their stay to become special. And Special Students mostly compose of talented and rich, and in times, transferees are most accompanied by Special Students. They have a dorm that is divided into 3 floors and has a high class structure of rooms and furnitures. And in this school, time isn’t considered.

A group of girls arrived at the fountain entrance in Kyugaku. One was curly-haired but has a fun atmosphere, one’s with pigtails ,  the other’s blue-haired, next is a meganekko. The four girls were with different auras but it looks like they’ve been known to each other since childhood. They were enlightened when they saw the school’s whole, but they still don’t know the way inside. No one wanted to ask except for Serizawa Tsuki. The curly-haired girl..

“Ohayo min’na~! Where’s the President’s office?” she asked. Everyone were staring at them and then someone broke the silence. “Why are you looking for the president?” a guy with glasses spoke under the cherryblossom tree. Tsuki just smiled and waved at the guy then..”Mr. President, we’re the transfer students ! Please take care of us ^^ A-RI-GA-TO!” Tsuki ended her sentence with a bow. Then the girls went to look for signs after talking to the president. And finally the saw the Sports Department. They stared at the students practicing tennis on a huge court. Then they saw a girl that absolutely OUTSHONED the others. The girl was doing stances but then she stopped when a guy walked towards her. The guy was holding a cold drink and gave it to her. The two looked really happy together. Tsuki and the others thought they were dating..

“Ne..do you think they’re dating?? >.<” Tsuki asked.

“Yep.” Akumu answered, Akumu’s starting her 3^rd Year at Kyugaku. Meaning she’s the senpai. She has a huge appetite and is fun to be with.

“Based on what I’m seeing, there’s 99.56738% that they are dating but don’t expect it.” Michiko replied. Michiko is as what we call “data-collector” she easily gets the possibilities that might happen.

“Oh well, maybe?” Asami said. Asami is a 2^nd Year student at Kyugaku. She’s a meganekko and has a passion for the arts but she entered the Academics Dep.

They didn’t notice that the girl and the boy that they’re talking about were just in front of them in a flip of a coin. The girl smiled at them and started to talk.

“O-Hayou~! Atashi wa Arasaki Ai desu! Anata wa?” the girl bowed. 

"We're the transferees.. can you tour us? I'm Tsuki, she's Akumu-senpai, then there's Michi-senpai, and Asami-senpai. I'm a first year ^^" Tsuki said. "Ah, then why don't you join KHTC?" Ai said. "K..H..TC?" they all said in common. "YUP! Kyukokyu High Tennis Club ^^" she then replied. But in a glimpse, the girl ran back to the court and started to play again. 

They had the chance to talk to the guy Ai was with a while ago. 

"Etou..We're the transferees..we were wondering what your relationship with Ai-chan is?" Tsuki asked. 

"Huh? I'm her brother.. sheesh..althought we're not exactly blood-related..By the way, I'm Akihora Mikai." the guy said. 

"Hey, Asami..look at Michi-chan..she's blushing..you know why??" Akumu whispered at Asami.

"Yeah..you're right. Maybe she likes the guy?" Asami answered.

The two pushed Michiko to Mikai and accidentally the two fell off the ground. 

"Teehee..It looks like onii-chan wants accompanies.." Ai grinned while playing. 

[In Japan, Onii-chan means "Older brother" probably people use this to add cuter sound when calling names of brothers]

After school, Ai and Akumu walked around the campus. They were talking about tennis stuff. 

"Ne, Senpai!! Let's play doubles!" Ai suddenly asked in excitement.

"Meh..ok." Akumu uttered those emotionless words. But those words made Ai very happy at least.

Meanwhile, Mikai and Michiko were strolling at the Rose Labyrinth. Who knows? Maybe these two have a lot in common..

Tsuki walked around and was hit by a soccerball. It was thrown by a boy with a blue hair. It seems like he has no intention of saying sorry. Then the day ended up with Tsuki getting mad, Akumu and Ai being doubles partners, Michiko and Mikai developing feelings for each other..
